Gyokuro is a shaded tea in Japan. Shading is 20-30 days before harvest and production. Pinnacle grade gyokuro is from the highest quality leaves and handpicked during harvest.

Flavor: Mellow. Sweet and Umami with a hint of creaminess.

Aroma: Fresh Green

Brewing Instructions:

• 7-8g of tea (1.5 tablespoons)

• 200 ml water (7 oz)

• 60-70 C (140 - 158 F)

• 2 minutes if 140F

• 1.5 minutes if 158F
