Taiwan High Mountain Green Tea. The grading is dependent on the elevation level where the tea was grown. This is the high grade Taiwan High Mountain Green Tea we carry. Imagine the base level being enhanced further with a more pleasant aroma and richness in flavor and taste with that lingering sweetness.

Dry Leaves: 

Smell: Floral, nutty, sweet with a hint of vegetal.

Color: Forest green

Physical description: Medium size rough pearl / curl. 

Brew:

Water temperature: 88-93°C (190-200°F)

Quantity of tea: 3-4g

Brew time: 1 minute. Add 15 seconds to each consecutive brew.

Liquor: light yellow. Head note is nutty, full body, with a flowery tail. No bitterness, sweet and nutty. With each consecutive brew, a slight vegetal aroma will be introduced.
